• Websites or CBT: not only ensuring that copy is correct and free from error but, more importantly, that the content works as a user would expect and require it
• OHTs: ensuring that a PowerPoint or similar presentation is well-crafted, free from errors - and actually communicates the message.

At the basic, but crucial, end of the process we can handle or coordinate any proofing, keying, indexing, copy- or desk-editing or dtp operation. At a higher level, we can engage with the content and provide a fuller editorial service, ensuring that the content is valid and correct and that any copyright and licensing issues are considered and managed. We can find or liaise with authors as well as a wide range of external suppliers, such as printers, designers or packagers.
